Shipping and Returns

Dispatch

Rude Toad shirts are printed to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for your order to be printed, checked and dispatched. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.

UK delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class post on the next working day, including Saturdays, but this is not guaranteed. Please allow approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Overall estimate

Most UK orders should arrive approximately 3–6 working days after the order is placed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the shirt back.

Please contact us before returning anything, so we can log the return and check we have your details right. Email info@rudetoad.co.uk or use our contact form.

For change-of-mind returns and wrong-size returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a service with proof of posting, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

You are welcome to try the shirt on, exactly as you would in a shop. Please do not wear it beyond that. Shirts should come back clean, unwashed and in a condition we can resell. If a shirt comes back with a reduced value because of the way it has been handled, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.

If you bought more than one shirt as part of an offer, the refund for a returned shirt is worked out from the discounted amount you actually paid for that shirt, not its full individual price.

Faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described

This is handled separately from change of mind. Email info@rudetoad.co.uk with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right. Where an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, Rude Toad covers the reasonable cost of returning it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We process refunds within the timescales required by UK consumer law once we have received the shirt back or you have given us proof that it has been sent.
